A Healthy Diet after Birth

Although the pet child feel happy when there is an anxiety that often sneak in the heart of the mother, that her weight back down to the weight again. This is often the bugbear of every mother over for their produce. Because up to 10-15 kg weight is not an easy thing to overcome.
Rejoice when you are nursing. Because nursing is one quick way toward weight back like before you get pregnant. At the time of breastfeeding, the body will automatically burn about 500 calories per day.
Food intake postpartum should still be observed well. Preferably much consumption of vegetables, fruits and low fat, but it does not mean you do not abstain from fat at all. You can choose to have removed the meat fat.
When you’re happy snack, should keep some kind of nutritious snack with the content intact so that the body weight, such as low-fat yogurt or low-fat biscuits. In addition, do not forget to drink plenty of white water.
